We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Nursery Employees. As a Nursery Employee, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of our diverse plant inventory. We are looking for hard working people that are willing to work in a variety of weather conditions and embrace manual labor!
NURSERY WORKERS:
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks, including but not limited to planting, pruning, weeding, and watering.
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Operate and maintain nursery equipment responsibly.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of plant inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to embrace the demands of the nursery environment.
- Previous experience in a nursery or landscaping role is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of horticulture practices is advantageous.
